From
a great number collector hobbies you can find on the website of the concerning
collectorclub information about the items, that can become collected. Often that
information is set up as a catalogue. From each to collect object you find there a short
description and mostly also a picture. Some English fuchsia societies give on their
website also information for members who collect fuchsialore (Fuchsia Lore). However a
catalogue with givens about to collect items fuchsialore is still absent on their website.
Also there isn't still a 'catalogue fuchsialore' in the form of a book.
Via searchengines
you get not hardly insight in what 'items fuchsialore' you can collect. The websites from
antique dealers in America, England and Australia sometimes offer an item fuchsialore.
Mostly is that than an (antique) object of porcelain (dinner- and teaware, vases) on which
the fuchsia is pictured. When you visit regularly the website of a large auction site as
'Ebay' and when you search there in the database by 'fuchsias', 'fuchsia' and 'fuschia',
than you find there between 'articles of clothing etc. in the colour fuchsia', also offers 'authentic' fuchsialore. That offers are presented
on the auction website for maximum 8 days and are afterthat knocked down to one of the
bidders. In the manner how this happens, you undoubtedly can read somewhere about it on
the Ebay-site http://www.ebay.com . And the database of
this website becomes regular filled again with new offers fuchsialore.
Three years ago I
started with turning up from interessant fuchsialore offers on this auctionsite, the text
page with picture on my harddisk. Begin 2003 I started to devide the assembled some
hundreds of 'items fuchsialore' in groups. This material is worked up in the 'Catalogue
fuchsialore items', which is to consult via clicking placed for the understanding groupsnumber A
till R.
Often the text by it
is very simple. The offerers namely give little or no detailed information about the
manufacturer etc. of an offered object. So the escorted text by an item is copied of the
escorting text on internet, GFI cann't guarantee the correctness of that information.
Testing to reference books was not possible (they are there not or hardly, isn't it?).
Also there is sometimes lost during selecting the collection text information ( the text
is than 'Other givens are not found again'). In the text you find between [ $...]
the price what the object must bring in as minimum following the auctionsite. About the
quality of the object (for example has it little damages), that price says nothing!
It gives you here more an indication about the fact if the concerning object in general is
expensive.
You will see that
this renewed edition of the catalogue you give insight in the fact that the choice in
collecting 'items fuchsialore' is very large. And by the 5e update there are allready about 1100 items in this catalogue.
